Owen spent the morning packing with Michaela — she'd picked up extra boxes, and they decided they likely had enough without another Home Depot run. He shared a road trip stops note with her over iMessage and they counted down the remaining workdays before whatever's coming next (she had a half day tomorrow). In the evening Elvis invited him to a birthday gathering for the owner of Downtown Boxing on Cleveland, and Owen stopped by for pizza around 6. Work was a remote day with the usual blocks. He knocked out a long reminders list — run, shower, dishes, bed, robot vacuum, Duolingo, cleaning the passenger-side windows on the car — and put in job-search effort, reaching out to P&G and submitting applications (acknowledgments came back from Marriott, Sentara, Dataiku, micro1, vCluster Labs). Food intake was light at 1,150 kcal, mostly a low-carb tortilla/salami/cheese lunch plus chocolate and Oreos. Sleep was just under 7 hours, RHR 49.
