I woke up and Michaela and I went to the gym. Then we each went to work. After work we drove to Delray Beach to meet our friend Ashley for dinner at Tin roof. The live music was super obnoxiously loud so we left in a hurry. I got another drink at the office which is a nearby bar. Then we drove home and I decided I wanted to ride Michaela’s bike. So I got pretty close to our next home while I spoke with my friend Avery over the phone who I used to live with and who lives in Japan. He’s been trying to convince me to come ski with him on Japan sometime. This is something that appeals to me and it feels like a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to Japan and stay with someone that knows how to get around. The cost and length of the flights is a pretty big obstacle to me. He’s pushing for the winter so we can ski, I’m pushing for the summer when time is much less limited.
