I got some sad news today. Lukas is in rehab. He crashed his car, thankfully not resulting in injuries. But this is his second stint in rehab this year and cumulatively my brothers have been to rehab 4 times in 2026 and it’s only August. I know my parents are feeling the pain of this. Not much I can do help. Feels weird being so far away. Prior to learning of that, Michaela and I had some win and snacks with our landlords. Very nice people. Then, after the call with my family, I decided to do my run, which involved a lot of walking. I came home very dehydrated. Michaela and I went to get Taco Bell and then went to bed.
