I ran with my dad for 5.5 miles in brookdale park. Then I ran home totaling a record 8.2 miles for me.

Then I drove to visit my Nagymama. Her grill is very hard to use so we overcooked the steaks due to the massive flame that shot out of the grill when we turned it on. She also made pork cutlets. Overall the food was fantastic.

I told her about how I’ve been thinking more about giving Michaela a ring as a proposal. She had mentioned years back she had some rings she would offer me. I thought that was very sweet of her, so I asked to see them.

Unfortunately all 4 are 1960s-1980s cocktail rings with none resembling an engagement ring. Part of me feels bad for asking because now when I don’t use them she’ll know I saw them and rejected them. But oh well, it was worth a try. I think I have a ring all picked out online.

So I drove to Rockyhill, CT and met up with Michaela, her Aunt, and her uncle. By that point Michaela’s mom and grandma had left to return to NH. We had some wine and then went to an Italian restaurant where we had a very nice meal. Then went stopped at the grocery store and the Italian bakery since Michaela wanted to get my family some something from there. Then went stopped basically went right to bed.
