It was a busy day. I had 2 job interviews, I wanted to socialize with my friends I don’t get to see much, and I had to do my job. I did all 3 to the best extent I could. We went to the double beach. It was absolutely full of bugs. I swam for maybe 15 minutes but I could not acclimate to how cold it was no matter how hard I tried. I got to drive the boat back. Then we went to the beach and had a fire. The beach was super wide. We got to see what I imagine must have been all the stars that could have been visible. I saw the Big Dipper. It was nice to spend time with friends, including Zöe who we don’t get to see much due to her adventures.
