I'd been wondering what was going on with the Cape Cod vacation that me and my college friends always take every year. This year, we decided to book a rental house. I had heard none of the details (other than vague dates) of the arrangements until the day of. This isn't how I like to do things, I'm a planner. Michaela is too, so we worth both a little caught off guard. But ultimately we decided it was better to go through with it. So Michaela took the bus to Boston and I picked her up there. It took 7.5 hours to get to the rental house. I was stressed about work, interviews the next day, sleep, cost of the rental, and my obligations to my family on Sunday. But Now I think it'll probably all work out okay. It's been great to spend time with friends.
